Obnoxious, rude and disrespectful staff. No customer service skills whatsoever and very immature. The fact the kids and that?s... what they are young kids are getting paid what they are and hired into the customer service field is outrageous. Watching employees weigh the new hockey packs and commit fraud in plain view of cameras at this location really leaves a bad... taste. They do this to find the more expensive and rare cards. The reason people even buy those is to try and find those rareand expensive cards. Check your cameras October 15th at around 7:05. This is actually messed up employees get away with doingthis. I ordered steep tea and they gave me coffee. Do better please. Person come Drive thru to save some time but leave wasting money
Of the 9 people with Tim's uniforms on in the store, only 3 were working... the rest were standing around with their arms... crossed looking unhappy to be there. I had to repeat my order 4 times... reading verbatim off the menu... and like magic, only10 minutes later I had my wrap and biscuit... timmies is falling out of favor big time for me.... its rare I get an order thatis correct any more.... save your time and money... I a 100% agree with some the negative reviews about this Tim Hortons. This has to be one of the worst locations. The employees... do not care, make no effort and have no pride in their work. I ordered a Roast beef and cheddar sandwich and an espresso. Afterrepeating my self countless times about the order( can you please extra toast the bun) I received a cold sandwich with nocheddar or the sauce. They never get your order right at this Tims, never any napkins also. Just horrible!!!! Read more
Friendly, professional, courteous it was camp day so not sure if they are like this all the time or if they ham it up for camp... day. I have been to this location before in years past but it had been awhile. Previously it was always super clean and aquality place to stop. Can be very busy. Especially drive through... was slow this time as well hence the 4 stars and thensteeped tea was hardly hot... but all in all a solid place to replenish oneself. Read more
Got the grilled cheese and the middle was cold and not melted, everything else was great. The chilli was awesome.. Great staff!!
