I frequent this location as it?s close to my house, I thought I would stop here today on my way at my boyfriends house in the... afternoon. My wrap smelt weird and not fresh, it was hard to explain the smell but I looked after having a bite and my eggs weregreen. I opened the second lower egg and it again was green as well. I immediately threw out my wrap as I am now grossed out.Ihave pictures of the green molding looking eggs attached. Hopefully I don?t get sick as I did take a few bites before Irealized. There is no excuse or reason to be serving eggs that look like this as the taste and smell were off but I couldn?tfigure out why until I found the eggs. The only one star is for the polite staff who served me, the only reason I did notreturn is I was in an Uber on my way to another location and just was making a quick stop. Horrible hygiene from employees. While I was waiting for my iced coffee, I watched an employee walk out of the back , touch her... mouth and nose , then proceed to touch the food on display , with her bare hands and no gloves . Another employee heard me saysomething about it & did nothing and said nothing about it. Disgusting. Read more
feelin hot and bothered and thought I'd hit up Tim's for a creamy chill.. I don't normally go through drive thru as I enjoy... going in to get timbits or donuts but not today! This deserved a one star based on THIS VISIT July 28, 3:22 pm .. This place isgenerally good, often out of some supplies due to high volume (?) ??????????? but overall good. Today I got extra stuff,nothing I would like but it's still extra ???? Can someone explain what this is in my strawberry creamy chill? I wonder if theynoticed something missing after my order? Disappointed that they are sloppy like this makes me curious about other things Iorder.. Outstanding customer service!! I went in to order my usual, and when I sat down to eat I noticed my wrap was messed up (just had... a hash brown on it when I didn?t want one). Normally I would have probably still eaten it, but I just wasn?t in the mood for thehash brown. I brought it to their intention and one of the employees (Tyler I think his name was) was very helpful. Heapologized and asked what my order was, and mentioned that I was probably charged for the farmers rather than what I wanted. Hementioned it to sandwich bar and I discarded the mess up. As I returned to the counter he gave me a loonie (mind you I nevereven asked!) and apologized again mentioning the farmers is a dollar more. I thanked him and was really amazed. I woulddefinitely recommend this Tim Hortons. Know you?re in good hands, even if they mess up, they?ll fix it and make sure you?resatisfied. Read more
I was there late tonight. It was my 3rd Tim Hortons trying to fulfill the order of my housebound elderly mother. They listened... to my story and went above and beyond to assist me and ensured I was satisfied. All of the employees were friendly and eager tohelp (which was missing from the previous stores). This location is the farthest from my house but made it worth the drive.Please give them a big thanks and let them know they turned my night around. Read more
DO NOT GO!! Don?t go to this location if you don?t speak perfect English, or if you want well-made meals. I had originally... tried to redeem a coupon offer on their wraps, but they mistakenly charged me full price for both. This would have beencompletely fine, especially as I was issued a refund, if they hadn?t blamed it on not being able to understand my accent. Forcontext, English is not my first language but I speak with a slight accent that affects my intonation, not my pronunciation. Istarted to eat my wrap only to realize that they used old lettuce and ingredients that were not fresh. I love a good Tim Hortonsrun, but this location has the worst employee service and food quality by far. Read more
