Worst Tim Hortons in Barrie in my opinion. This was not the only time I've had to wait at least 5 minutes for walk-in service,... even though there were no other walk ins and only a couple of drive thrus. There was a very disappointing availability of donutsor muffins. All I wanted was a apple fritter and ended leaving empty handed after being completely ignored. I have yet to receive what I actually ask for. Drive thru is always overwhelmed, I can see 11 coffees pre-made on the counter.... None of them mine, then they rush to do mine. Incorrectly. And more often than not the dining room is closed. Meaning longerwaits and more mistakes. Yet these employees keep getting more money. Sad Read more
Give it a 3 stars because your staff is excellent personalities all you'd expect from a good staff member, the issue I have and... why you recieved 3 stars is that you store is entirely too understaffed, this branch has motorcycle meet ups every week andmultiple factories near by that work both day and afternoon shifts, all of which also come for coffees and food. This location is very nice, not busy & near farms at Barrie . Very neat, the staff are very friendly & active.

Slowest service I?ve ever witnessed in my life, even for a Tim Hortons restaurant. Even with a single person in line at the... drive through ordering a single coffee, it takes a good 5 minutes. The other issue is the operating hours are never consistent.I pull up to the drive through when they are listed as open, and normally are open, to find it closed. This time there were nopylons blocking the drive through, so I embarrassingly sat there for awhile before I realized they definitely weren?t open. Canyou please get your actual working hours sorted out, so I don?t continue to waste my time on the way to work? Read more
What you would normally expect from Tim's, perfect in all frames and gives you the right cup of Java when you need it.
