I?ve ordered a number of times from wokbox. I?ve had wokbox from other locations in other cities before too. I really like... the Singapore cashew noodles. Flavours are great. I?m underwhelmed by the teriyaki, Dan Dan (has heat but not a lot ofdepth), and rice dishes. But a decent place with quick serve food. Read more
Went in and ordered the date night special. Had wilted vegetables, rubbery chicken and just plain nasty food. Nothing was fresh... and both his and my own orders were screwed up. Won?t be going back again and most definitely not worth the money. Read more
Great food and usually fast but at supper time skip the dishes and Uber orders shouldn't be prioritized over guests who ordered... in person. We had to wait 20-30 minutes for pad Thai. You make more money from your real in person customers. Read more
Ordered firecracker, sweet n sour crispy chicken, traditional poutine and potstickers. I liked the chicken firecracker so 2... stars for that. I'm Asian and I think taste is nothing special to make them stand out. Pricing $$$$. Their boxes do not closewell completely. Nice store layout though. Read more
Strange experience...ordered through their app at 445pm...received confirmation order was sent within seconds...arrived at the... restaurant at 5:15pm and was told "it didn't come through the app"...server left us for the back of the restaurant came backwith an iPad and said "oh it just came through now"....translation: we weren't checking the app. Glad we didn't pay inadvance..we left and ate elsewhere...after seeing the other reviews here kind of glad it went the way it did.
