Terrible disgusting service. First of all, I watched the guy put his hand under his sweater and rub his belly for 2 minutes... while he talked on the phone before he took my order. Then, he said they didn't have peanut butter cup macchiato when I saw themixtures for it sitting on the counter and he just didn't know how to mix it. The store is disgustingly dirty. Run down andsmelled. Won't be coming here ever again. Maybe you should get off the phone and do your job and clean up after yourself. Read more
Simple order messed up and they weren't even busy. I came in for a French vanilla iced coffee after walking in +80° weather,... hoping for a sweet, cold caffeine run but war extremely disappointed. I ordered a large French vanilla iced coffee, extraFrench vanilla with cream and sugar. I also asked for light ice. I was given a large coffee with half the cup filled with ice. Itold them that I had asked for light ice and the employee took my cup. When she gave it back it had light ice.... But now ittasted like she had just dumped the ice out and filled up the rest with water. I didn't want to give it to them to fix again soI walked out. I was already across the street after I mixed up the drink (because all the sugar usually sits at the bottom) andnoticed there was no sugar in the drink nor did it say that I had wanted sugar in the sticker, even though the employee is theone who asked me if I had wanted cream and sugar and I had said "Yes, cream and sugar please." Ordered coffee and donuts for a large group but was not ready and I had to come back to pick up.
Messed up my order because the lady wasn?t paying attention due to being on the phone. Politely asked for the cold foam that I... originally asked for in my order, only to receive a dirty look followed by her putting WHIPPED CREAM on my coffee.. fuming as Iwalked out trying to not act like a Karen, the whipped cream starts to CURDLE in my drink!! I stop here early in the mornings when I travel into the office for work. Some of staff seems new, but my order was correct and... the service time was short. Convenient location that's easy to get to and the drive-thru is easy to manage. Handicap accessibleparking and entrance is available. Wait times early in the morning are quite short. Read more
