This place right here is disgusting ???? and the skinny woman is very rude nasty attitude and she's racist she treats me like a... don't have money ! Worst sandwich ever. Nova lox was $9 and it has two slice of salmon. How can you call this nova lox.
The bagels were wonderful. The staff lacking. They put the savory and sweet bagels in the same bag, did a quick checkout with no... real customer care. I was the ONLY customer, so, they were not swamped. It just saddens me that the staff cannot be personable. Read more
Was there earlier today. The place is fine, the employees are nice enough, but they do not pay much attention at all to orders... placed through the app. The Einstein bagel app is absolutely terrible and worthless. The only thing the app is good for gettingthe reward points and redeeming at the store. I have placed orders thru the app on a couple of occasions and they've screwed itup each time. Today, my bagels were not sliced even though I called the store after placing the order to make sure of this, andstill not done. The app indicated I have a $5 off coupon, which I applied to my order, but when I went to pick up the order, itwas not taken off. I will not be placing orders through the app any more, even they they're encouraging customers to use the appto order ahead by giving free coffee. Read more
We?ve tried ordering from this place 6 times, and we have yet to get a correct order. My fiancée is allergic to sesame seeds,... which is why she ordered a plain bagel sandwich, but instead got the everything bagel, which she now has to throw out. An orderof a few extra plain bagels for breakfast tomorrow was also a mix of the most random bagels they could pick. Once again, onesthat we did not order, or ones that contained ingredients we purposefully avoided, for allergy reasons. Honestly how do youscrew up 2 plain bagels? You?d think that order accuracy would be a standard that the food industry would hold, given theselimiting times for their businesses. A ruined breakfast and wasted time and money. Read more
Great service, clean location, no complaints there. However, the menu on the wall is lacking in descriptions. I had to ask what... was on each of the sandwiches, I had to ask what the flavor shots were, and I'm not sure if it was there or not but the womanbehind me had to ask how much the large to-go coffee container was. A little frustrating and intimidating to a consumer Becausethey don't want to sit and ask questions about every single option on the menu. So we end up being forced into a decision as weare under pressure or embarrassed. Read more
