They were busy but food was fresh and all around was happy.
The guy that?s always taking orders in the drive through is so incredibly rude for no reason. I come here often since I live... around the corner but I?d rather drive to palatine or lake Zurich to avoid dealing with him and his attitude. Whenever he comeson the speaker you can hear that you?re an immediate inconvenience in his tone and when you get to the window he always puts hisfinger up telling you to wait. I haven?t complained in the almost two years I?ve lived in Barrington but today was the finalstraw. We had a code at the window and asked to add an item, he smacked his hands down like he was extremely irritated that wehad a code and that did it for me. I decided not to ask what his problem was because I honestly would?ve went off. I worked atMcDonald?s for 2 years and I understand how easy you can get frustrated when it?s ?busy?. But that?s unacceptable that everysingle time I come he?s clearly in a sour mood. Another issue I have with this McDonald?s is theyre always closing really earlyand it may just be me but it?s never consistent? Just something to be mindful of. I get coffee every morning from this McDonald?s?great people and are always working hard/fast.
I'm honestly shocked at what happened tonight. I was told my meal is coming up but it was the wrong meal and I didn't want to... take someone else's food. Jordan closed the window on me before I could say anything, ignored me when I tried to tell him thatwasn't my meal, then shoved the bag in my face without saying if it's correct or not, yelling at me to take the food. Store was clean and service was fast. They always make my fries fresh when I ask and are kind about it. Consistency is key when... it comes to fast food for me. Food was brought to my table by an employee with a smile and asked if there was anything else Ineeded! Probably the friendliest most efficient group of people I have seen at any McDonald's so far. Price is standard and itis affordable. I come here all the time and they never mess up my order. McDonald?s is actually the best place to eat ever! Jobwell done! Read more
The people here are nice but when you?re on your work break and it takes 16 minutes to get a filet of fish and hamburger, that?s... not ok. It?s a shame. Maybe next time I?ll go across the street to twisted burger and get it in less time Read more
Having fries with a side of hair is absolutely DISGUsTinG! I couldn?t even stomach touching anything else. Caps, caps and caps... while cooking is law for a reason. This shows lack of care from staff and management. Read more
