The staff here greeted everyone but me. I was waiting at the mobile pick up station for 5 minutes and not one employee spoke to... me. They purposely ignored me. Several other people came up and the manager greeted them and asked for their order, but theynever even looked at me. When I asked for my drink the employee ignored me and just brought it over. When they handed everyoneelse their drink they said ?have a good day? they said nothing to me. I will never go to this location again. Read more
This is the hardest working Starbucks in the Northwest burbs. Many probably aren't very happy with bypassers honking them off... the road when sitting out on route 14 to get into the drive-thru. I?ve never had a latte at this location that is as strong as all other Starbucks lattes are. To their credit they have attempted... to make it better but I swear there?s something off about their espresso. Starbucks reigns supreme in my life, so I simply amflummoxed by this location. Horrible experience!! Ordered two coffees, received steamed milk without the coffees. Didn?t realize until almost home called... the store right away talked to a kid that thought it was funny they?re forgot the coffee. Asked to talk to a manager ( Corey)incredibly unprofessional and patronizing. Refused to rectify the situation without me coming back , when I told her I wasunable to today. Staff is so freaking sweet! Today around 5pm I was greeted immediately coming in and everyone was working hard. The short young... lady with the really short hair is such a sweet heart.
