Food was fresh, fast, and delicious. Unfortunately they are only take out and do not have dine in service. Great menu selection... with a variety of dishes and nice size portions. Highly recommend. Read more

Haven't had their good in a few years. But got to have them again, and still just as good as I remember.

I was hoping for a good local American-Chinese place when we moved to town. Coming from dover and having the consistency of... Oriental D this place is pretty shockingly low effort. Fried rice is dry and flavorless. The Mapo tofu is just tofu and adusting of pork in brown sauce they cook everything else in. Don't even put that on the menu if it's going to be that much of alie. Crab Rangoon are mostly crumbly wonton with very little cream cheese. Lo-mein tastes like it's seasoned with only soysauce. The spring rolls seem like frozen pre-made. They have the equipment in the kitchen to create flavorful dishes butprobably assume that people in Barrington don't know any better. After paying for my order at the back alley slot window theystill have I waited for it to be done. No mention of the order being completed to find out it had been sitting behind the glasssecurity channel out of reach for a bit. I have given this place a number of chances but not sure I'd waste any more money. I'drather take a detour home from work and stop in Dover to get my American-Chinese food fix from now on. Read more

My favorite Chinese takeout. General gaos chicken is fire [not literally spicy, just real real good ????]

Based on the reviews I was expecting better. First the positive…online ordering was very convenient, the food was reasonably... priced and pretty quick for a Friday night. Now the not-so-positive…the food was average at best. The beef teriyaki was morelike jerky, borderline inedible. Egg rolls were dry, lo-mein was “meh” and the pork fried rice was just…weird…it’slike it wasn’t seasoned or fried. Might give them another shot thinking it could’ve been a off night, but not before we trythe other Chinese restaurants in town. Read more

We've gone for years to the Chinese restaurants in Rochester. Spring Garden hands down is the best Chinese restaurant. The food... is excellent and you can't beat the price. I highly highly recommend you visit them and try their excellent food. Read more
