Always a great place to eat. I appreciate how the employees here make me feel valuable. It seems one named Jenny no longer wants... to. Maybe she is having a bad week? Aside from that. I?ve never ordered a meal that was more screwed up than from this chain and in particular this location. They forgot to give me... one of my items, once we pulled away we realized the gallon of tea was slashed at the top so it was leaking all over the car,AND finally once this was fixed- the tea wasn?t unsweetened!! They got my order wrong, (forgot the chicken) took the sandwich they gave me back instead of allowing me to keep it as normal... places would do. He then refunded the cash back of the incomplete sandwich and charged me again in which I had to give him someof the money he literally just gave me back. It was weird and bazaar. Most definitely my favorite Chick-fil-a! I practically come here first thing every morning for breakfast and the staff is always... polite! Special shout out to Tyler who is always in a good mood and serves the food in a great timely matter. Read more

If your wondering if waiting through the drive through line is worth it?..it is. I just went inside to this location for the... first time and was met with disappointment. The older manager Robert, was incredibly rude and arrogant. Treats his payingcustomers as a nuisance, and was met with complete disregard. His employee, kevin on the other hand was polite and hospitable.He was warm and friendly and serviced me with zero problem. It?s sad to see this happen where people with a higher positiontaking no regard to customer service, and the impression it leaves behind. Personally I don?t think someone with this attitudeor behavior towards customer service should be employees ESPECIALLY as a manager who has to deal directly with customer care.Coming from the restaurant industry, I think Kevin is a better fit as a manager than Robert who found it difficult to reach forthe condiments alone without asking for help. Excellent customer service! They forgot an item in my order and when I returned to get it they were incredibly apologetic,... courteous, and helpful. They offered to make me a new order fresh and I had no issues. I absolutely love their breakfastoptions and prefer them over other fast food breakfast places. In your early morning when your in the rush of the day it'sreally nice to have smiling happy people on the other side of your order. Read more
