No ketchup in the to go bag
They parked us for a McFlurry! It was not busy. Then we waited 30 mins, yes 30 mins for it to come out. We waited just to see... how long. The girl bringing food out was trying and very apologetic. I ordered a jr chicken meal and the chicken burger felt cold, thought not to much of it and took a bite and low and behold it... was frozen ???? I don?t even understand how that?s possible but it is disgusting. Read more
Fast service! But so many mistakes! Lol we understand they are short staff. Wrong muffin, a fry instead of a hash brown,... peppermint hot choc instead of regular ... Oh well! Read more
Ordered curbside, thinking it would take less time than the drive thru. It didn't. We sat for about 25 minutes waiting for our... food. The girl that brought it out didn't even seem to care how long it took. Then I go to eat my burger which wasn't supposedto have onions on it (I'm allergic) and there were definitely onions on it so I couldn't even eat it. The fries were also oldand literally freezing cold. Would not recommend. Read more
So many people were asked to pull up out of the drive thru to wait for their order that it caused quite a mess. Was nowhere to... park. We only had 2 large fries on order. Waited a while for them as we watched the mayhem pile up. Got our fries and theyweren't even fresh. ???? This isn't the first time. But it was the worst time. Only reason they don't get a 1 star is becausethe young fella they had running everyone's food out was a great guy put in a tough situation. Read more
I have always loved McDonalds. I have gone to this particular a lot in my childhood. But until now. This time i went this one... employee named Ben Cleveland tried to sell me illegal estrogen supplements. I'm not saying never go to McDonalds again but iurge you not to go to this one. Read more
