The staff are friendly but to be honest, the staff didn't exactly seem to be of the most competent sort and the drive thru was a... long wait in line just for them to make me wait another 2 minutes after a short argument about whether or not I had ordered 1 or2 XL coffees lol. Read more
We are from the states. We had never heard of Tim Hortons. It always seem to be a line at their drive-thru so we gave them a... try. We found out why they're so popular... Outstanding pastries and a great menu all at fair prices. No wonder they're popular! Read more
This is a great Tims. They are pretty quick in the morning (I mean don't be dumb, if the line is on the road it is going to take... a minute but they serve people in a reasonable amount of time). Stopped for sandwich and coffee. Perso that took the order fantastic, but girl that made sandwich was busy talking to... everyonerworking behind the counter and fixing headsets while fixing our order and somehow she seemed annoyed and took herdarntest time to fix our order and still wrong. Didn't wanted to say anything when noticed getting g crispy chicken instead ofgrilled and have to wait another almost 15min. I feel customer service was lacking too much chatting with everyone else.
