My wife travels from Oshawa to Pembroke regularly, I also travel the route for work for over 20 years. Barry's bay wasn't... normally a stop for me except for customers there, Tim's now added. However she has been raving about this place. So we went,she has had the Newfie, and the pulled pork. This time we had the Vallley Hunter, slow cooked Elk. Good God. That was fabulous.Tender meat and a great sauce with poutine. We shared a regular size. Perfect for a quick lunch that actually filled both of usup. So now we both have a regular spot to stop. We only stopped for ice cream and had to wait a bit for it. No problem as this is an extremely busy spot with the indoor food... truck! People we spoke with said best food in town and worth the wait. Next time will try something from the menu! Read more

It's an indoor chip truck in Madawaska. I had a polish sausage and fries. My friend had a hamburger. Hamburger was dry and... overcooked! Horrible. I had sausage with sauerkraut, it didn't taste good for! I was sick with diarrhea next day! Read more

I got a poutine with bacon and it was absolutely phenomenal! I've been driving by this place for years and never knew it... existed. I am 100% converted and plan on stopping here every time I'm in Barry's Bay. Read more
