Great food quality, but, employee staffing has prevented the store from opening at 7 a.m. on 6 separate days. Today, the drive... thru wasn't taking any orders until 722 a.m. Also, for weeks now, one main core item for the breakfast box has never beenavailable as the routine Deal served at all Taco Belle locations: No iced coffee, and no coffee. somehow, this was the BEST taco bell i?ve had. we?re traveling from michigan, and I didn?t really have high expectations,... considering it?s fast food. but the breakfast crunch wrap we just ate was so f*cking good. staff was quick and kind! Read more
I wouldn?t even give this Taco Bell one star their service is horrible, every time we order on Uber We have missing items, The... drinks are always incorrect, The rudeness of the employees there and the way that they treat their customers is actually goingto get them cussed out. They need more training in customer service relations and food preparation. Whenever their orders arewrong they do not replace their items even with a receipt. We made a point to order through the app ahead of time to minimize the wait time while passing through. There is signage through... the restaurant advertising the service, however I don?t think the employees are properly trained or familiar with the system. Wewaited 30+ minutes AFTER OUR SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME to get our mobile order, and had to remind staff members multiple times thatwe were still waiting. I assume it was because they forgot about it and weren?t checking the system, but they were very rude andunapologetic about the ridiculous wait. Not impressed at all with the service. Read more
This place was super easy to find off the free way going south. I had a large order and they got it done in a reasonable Mount... of time despite the cashier being new. They did add a few extra soft tacos so error in my favor is always a reason to goagain. There design was nice, efficient,and clean. The style had a very nice modern meets Fiesta vibe. Their wood table didhave a splinter wood sticking out so watch out for that but nothing else negative about their spot so great job. Read more
I have never seen an establishment fail this many times at getting a simple order. My past 3 times of eating here they have... messed the order up in 3 different ways. Will not be eating here again. Read more
