The food was good. The drive thru service was stressful, she was short answering me. I wanted krinkle fries forgetting they had... curly fries. I didn't specify. The fries were all clumped together so i had to peel them apart while i was eating them as well as none of them were crispy. I... also got a shake and it wasn't mixed up enough. The whole bottom half was just white while the top half had too much flavoringin it. Needed to mix up myself. Read more
I went to get my dinner on my break and ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches for 10 dollars. I started my order and added a large... Pepsi to it and before I could add the drink they had already given me a total for how much it was. And they were not busyeither. I get up to the window and paid for it. The past 3 or 4 times I've been to this Arby's there are at least 1 item missing. The last time I even had them read the receipt... back to me and after tearing the bag apart 2 items were missing. It's super frustrating and I'm done with this Arby's trying torip me off every time that I come through. Read more
I ordered an item on the menu... the associate informed me over the intercom that it was discontinued. I stated that I needed a... few more minutes to decide. She asked how much time I needed. I said I wasn't sure, since the menu that was being displayedwasn't accurate. Obviously it was displaying items that were no longer available. The associate told me that I needed to hurrybecause others were waiting. There were no cars behind me, so I'm not sure who she was referencing.
