The worst store I?ve ever been to. When ordering a chocolate shake they asked 3 times if I said chocolate or strawberry. No one... in my family likes strawberry ice cream so why would I order that. Then got my food, barely any fries, uncooked chicken and tomy surprise a strawberry shake. When asked to get a replacement of chocolate like I ordered they said I?d have to order a newone since I?m the receipt it said strawberry and that?s clearly what I ordered. Ridiculous. Hire employees who actually want tobe there. As I was sitting waiting 20 minutes for my food everyone who was before me had items missing or wrong. This storeneeds some help or better employees. The store was absolutely filthy, food all over the walls, soda machine looks to have mold or some kinda slime growing on it,... will not be back anytime soon..... Do better management staff. Read more

Every time I have gone to braum?s. Is so dirty. The floors when you walk are sticky and the employees look so dirty themselves.... I know they are busy serving customers but people notice how clean or dirty they are and they should be able to represent alittle better the store. The service is not bad is just the way the look and the conditions of the store. Read more

Ordered jalapeno hamburger dry (no mustard, mayo, etc). It has a couple spoonfuls of mayo and 4 or 5 razor thin jalapenos. VERY... DISAPPOINTED. I guess I shouldn't expect a good burger from an ice cream store. My bad. Never again. Read more

Okay so there is a MAJOR difference between the two of these restaurants. I do not know exact locations but the one by the old... walmart is way better than the other one in town. Which in this case we went to the one by walmart. The people there were somuch nicer. I ordered food at the drive through, there were a lot of cars ahead of me. The line went quickly, my order was perfect! Braum's... ice cream is great and so are their hamburgers, fries, breakfast foods, ALL of it!!! Read more

Like everywhere else, they're short staffed. Love the ice cream selection and burgers, they've the best fast food burger... anywhere. But the spicy crispy chicken sandwich is terrible. It's basically a bun and toppings with an over cooked breadingpatty they call chicken. Read more
