Music was loud and our server was new but very nice. Food was yummy.

We visit Chili's at least two times a week and the food and service is usually great. But this time the service sucked. Our food... took 35 minutes to cook. About 10-12 minutes longer than normal. When we got our food it was cold on some items and burnt onothers. The manager, Cassie, took care of us and apologized for our problems. It must've just been an off night for them. The staff was very accommodating to my requests for my autistic daughter. They found the table with the least amount of noise,... and was able to order an item not normally ordered by itself. We have had very poor experiences in various Chili's before so my expectations were low. This was our first time going out to... eat at this location. We arrived on a Saturday night around 730pm. It was very busy inside, but we were seated within 10minutes. Our server was amazing; I really wish I caught his name. We chatted and compared our matching rings. I know the kitchenalso does delivery service orders, so I expected to wait a while for our food. I ordered the seasonal fangtastic margarita andit was out in a flash. It was made perfectly! Our food was out very quickly and everything was exactly as ordered. The foodrunner even stayed to ask if we needed anything else. My partner's chicken tenders were delicious, and my burger was so tasty!We really wanted to stay for dessert, but we were too full. The service was a breath of fresh air and we will return! Our server was great. The entire restaurant was on top of things. Food was great. My only complaint is we ordered a mini molten... lava cake to go and we were given about 1/4 the ice cream normally served. Read more

Our server Logan was awesome! We didn't have to ask for anything at all. He made sure we had everything we needed in a timely... manner and was so polite and kind. He checked on us several times. This location has really declined in quality. I have received rotten produce on my last three to-go orders. First was black... rotten avocados, then it was black, slimmey cucumbers on a salad and today was black avocados in the quacamole as well asmissing food on the order. My experience at Chili's restaurant is typically a very nice one . I can't say the same for my recent experience at the... Bartlesville Oklahoma location. There was a short wait to be seated when we 1st arrived but that was no problem. Our server wasvery gracious and extremely polite when my family and I sat at the table . He took our drink orders and moments later anotherserver delivered them to our table. My wife had then asked for some lemons for her water. The young man seemed annoyed as if hewould of greatly appreciated knowing she wanted lemons before bringing it to the table. After retrieving the lemons my wifethanked the young man for bringing the lemons and his response was "yeah". From there it was an exceptionally long wait beforewe received our food. This was not a very busy night. There seem to be trouble in the kitchen because we could hear somebodyshouting at the workers in the back. It was not something you really care to hear while trying to have a meal with your family.It was definitely an ugly disturbance.. Nevertheless, when our food arriveed it was hot and fresh and our original servercontinued with his great service. For the most part the food was great, but the other complications make this visit not one ofthe better ones. Read more
