Love the Patty Melt on Rye and their fries are always hot and fresh! Their fry sauce is my favorite dipping sauce!

We ordered sat down started to eat our burgers and they were both not cooked all the way. My husband took the burgers to the... counter told the associate that the burgers were not done and the associate told my husband that it was a red dye that they areputting in the meat, but would have them remake them. The associate brought them back out and again the burgers were not cookedall the way and they were worse than before. I don?t believe the red dye story. My wife and I have never eaten at a Freddy's (Don't Roll Your Eyes) We Had Our Dogs With Us and as my wife was working with the... drive thru clerk because she wanted to add to the order a manager walked by asked "May I give you a couple of pup cups" sure shesaid ...seconds later he returned with a cup beautifully perfect shape and size of soft serve with a small dog treat forgarnish...it was great the dogs were happier than a brand new squeaky ball at the park . The food was cold. The girl at the register did not give us the correct senior discount. I should have taken it back and ask for... our money back but my wife didn't want to make a scene.
