0/5 stars. We should have left when the server handed me the coffee mug with her finger in it. Waited over an hour for our food... with two other tables in the whole restaurant. Server went to get syrup and our last plate and came back 12 minutes later withcompletely incorrect items. Sat at the table trying to pay for almost 20 minutes before we went to the counter and waitedanother 20. Another customer went into the kitchen to get someone who then told us that she couldn't help and walked away. Wouldrather fight a Waffle House cook than ever have to walk back into this or any other IHOP. Read more
Would leave a 0 star if there was an option. Went in and waited 10min to be seated. There was only 3 tables with customers in... them. Placed our order at 655pm and by 740pm I received my sons cheese burger, my breakfast plate that was cold and my fiancedidn't get his food. Waitress never came around to tell us what was taking so long on his food. We never got refills. Spoke withthe manager and finally after another 20min we finally got my fiance's food. This is the worst service and food. We left with myson being the only one who was able to eat a hot meal. No apologies no explanation on why it took so long. Don't go there atall. You would get better food and service at McDonalds. Will not ever go back again. Read more
I went here with my family to try iHop for the first time. When I went there though I was unsatisfied by the meal I received I... got the Patty Melt and it came out smelling off and immediately did not want to put it in my mouth. The mozzarella sticks arejust plastic cheese in breaded and fried although my the rest of my party were satisfied with their meals I was not particularlyimpressed. Although the one good thing was their Oreo Milkshake and it was great. The customer service was so-so at best this isdue to our servers being both new which is understandable for their service being not all the way there but the Manager wasunderstanding and removed the food items I found displeasured about. Ihop was good. Ordered a pepper omelet/avocado. Doesn't look appetizing but it was actually good. Could have came with... hashbrowns, but it didn't. No sausage in the biscuit and gravy. Thats always a let down. Laziness has prevailed for quite awhilenow with most restaurants just wanting to use plain gravy. Waitress was fair. Read more
The staff was so considerate, they were able to squeeze us in and the food was terrific. My only concern is that I had left my... debit card on the table and they were unable to find it when I called in later to inquire if it was turned in. Read more
There is always something different every time we come here. Never was charged to substitute hashbrowns for crispy cut potatoes.... Said they always have. Most of the time they are out of creamer. Also, it seems 90% of the time, my food is not right, eitherorder is wrong or is not cooked right. Read more
