I just drove through and bought a 2 piece chicken combo. $4.99.. seemed good to me
Called ahead to make sure they had enough Extra crispy chicken. (Yes) Got to KFC ordered 12 pc Extra Crispy meal, and 4 orders... apple turnovers (8 pies). Was told that chicken had 3 pcs each breast,thighs,legs,wings. Gave us 1 order turnovers, and 4chocolate chip cookies. Looking at receipt, KFC charged for only 2 orders turnovers, got that fixed. Came home to find no breastmeat, 1 wing, and rest was mix of original and extra crispy in thighs and legs. KFC employees never said anything about nobreast meat. Wouldn't have ordered, because I myself only eat white meat. Hubby had to drive back to town to get the ordercorrected. 3rd time in a row they've screwed up the order, and they weren't busy at all. Not worth even 1/2 star, but Googlewon't let me post without giving at least 1 star. Read more
I have to say, over the last couple years, I felt this KFC was going downhill fast. Gross food, rude and lazy staff. BUT my last... visit was absolutely awesome. I don't recall his name, but an older gentleman that works there greeted everyone that came in,extremely nice, funny, helpful, very hard working, and had a very positive attitude. He brought our food out to us and made surewe were satisfied with our meal, he checked on us a couple times after that and everyone else that was in there. He was such abreath of fresh air. His positivity radiated to everyone he came in contact with. I could tell the rest of the staff fed fromit, that place is so much different from the last time I was there. I even told him, we need more people like him in the world.I will definitely be back to the bartlesville KFC. Read more

Love their chicken. For some reason I have been craving chicken legs recently. Found out they will make up a dinner with two... sides comprised of four chicken legs. Good stuff ! Read more
If I could give negative stars after what was witnessed then I would. We ordered food through the drive through and they forgot... our sides so they told us to come back and get them which was fine. That was not why I?m upset. My husband goes in and a hugeorder has been placed by a church and the manager on duty started screaming at all the employees about how they weren?tefficient and yelling other insults at them. He was even yelling at an elderly employee and being so unkind to the staff. Thefood is amazing but the management is seriously lacking. That is not good leadership and I feel so bad for every single one ofthose employees there tonight that got screamed at by that manager. Read more
Good fast service. Always clean and the buffet is very good. The people that work are polite and helpful. This is my favorite... KFC. My mom enjoys the selection on the buffet, she live the chicken and noodles. Read more
