I was really impressed at the kindness the employees showed me here today. It was my first visit, and they were out of egg rolls... and waiting for more to cook. Because I had to wait a few minutes, they offered me a small fountain drink while I waited andblessed me with some extra rangoons when my order was finally ready. They apologized very sincerely several times for the wait.Thank you, guys! I know you were really busy with lunchtime Rush, but you were quick and still took the time to be kind. This is truly The WORST food I have ever eaten and paid for. Have eaten there previously and it was bad. I went back this wk to... try it again. I ordered the pork tenderloin. It was absolutely the worst I have ever gotten anywhere. It was a very dark colorand mostly fat. It looked like they had cut the fat off the top of the loin and half cooked it. I had to throw it away. Orderedchow mein noodles. They had absolutely no flavor. It was a horrible meal. Won?t EVER go back. Who eats this horrible food? Read more

I love Panda Express food. But I have to say that I?m not at all happy with my food today. The rice was terrible and I know... because I?m a person that cooks rice all the time. It was raw and hard. Usually the food is really good but I don?t know whoprepared the rice. Sorry but I pay almost 10 dollars for a meal and I expected it to be good. Is not really about the money ismore about having a good meal. No matter what the price is. Hopefully who ever is making the rice will learn to make it better.Sorry for the harsh words. Awful food and awful interviewing experience. Always understaffed and lobby closed a lot, yet when people attempt to interview... they're judged based on their appearance and get made to feel stupid, because they misunderstood something. Clearly most reviewshere are plenty proof of their lack of food, service, and employees. Read more

Service and management lacking. Have had multiple experiences where I?ve had to pull around and wait. Always having to wait... double the wait time they have. This latest experience they said we had to wait for super greens and teriyaki chicken. Afterwaiting 20 minutes instead of the 10 they initially told us, we went in and our food had been sitting on the counter except forBeijing beef. I have eaten their alot. Product missing in the containers. The Mgr said its always like that I said not when I got food their... for the last 2ish years. She wanted to be right. The manager never said im sorry when I went back for a refund. Truly sad. Nice clean welcoming atmosphere. New and fresh feeling. Employees were very nice and helpful. They let me sample a few entrees... until I knew what I wanted. I was very pleasantly surprised. The Beijing Beef is what I ended up choosing. I liked that onlythe employees handled the food and utensils, so I knew I was not touching a handle gross from someone's dirty bathroom hands.The only negative was 8 could tell the food had been sitting a bit because it was a little dry.
