AWFUL experience, will not be back! We sat on the dine in side, because it was going to be atleast a 20 minute wait on the... hibachi side because they were needing more people to fill a table. The waitress was not sociable at all and held the cups atthe rim of the cups.. gross! The staff needs training seriously! DO NOT PUT YOUR HANDS WHERE SOMEONE DRINKS OUT OF, that?s justcommon knowledge! We ordered our drinks and got water that was disgusting and when we asked the waitress for a different drinkshe turned around and just walked off. We went for AWHILE without drinks at all and they acted like it was a burden to get usanything to drink. We ordered our food and when it came out, it was cold. The hibachi dinner I ordered didn?t come witheverything it was supposed to. My husband?s plate was a child size plate. The rice came out WAY later than anything else. When Iasked for my vegetables, she brought them out and they were also cold. When we got our ticket, it was wrong and when we asked tospeak to the manager, he wanted to argue and was rude! He asked what we wanted him to do about it?! We were wanting to pay forour food, but wanted him to know the issues in his establishment. I don?t know if he thought we were trying to get free mealsor what.. but he wanted to argue about our food being wrong, and he argued that it was right! He said the vegetables were latecoming out because they had to cook them fresh, then why the hell were they as cold as they were?! The cold food was the endfor me! When you pay $60 for two people for dinner, you expect it to meet your EXPECTATIONS! I am very upset with our experienceand the way that management handled the situation! Read more

I order online and pick up. I usually get chicken katsu and a side order of fried noodle. Both are delicious and generous... servings, and inexpensive. The noodles are in a light sauce and my picky eater grandson loves them. Only $1.99 and the portionlasts me two meals. Chicken katsu is white meat strips lightly breaded and served with a little container of spicy sauce to dipthem in. They are delicious and never greasy. I always get two meals out of one order because of the generous amount. Only$5.99. Picky grandson likes the chicken katsu, too! My order is usually ready quickly 10-20 minutes. You can order here onGoogle maps or call in. I?ve done it both ways but I like ordering online and pick it up when ready. Read more

Very disappointed with my experience here. I ordered scallops in the dine in area and they tasted absolutely rotten and... horrible. I told our waiter and he said ?there is nothing I can do about that.? He never tried to make it right for giving merotten scallops. Never brought the manager out or tried to fix their mistake. I highly do not recommend eating here as the staffis extremely unprofessional and served me rotten food. Read more

This was possibly the worst teppanyaki/hibachi/Japanese steakhouse restaurant we've been to. The staff, though polite, was not... very knowledgeable and didn't seem concerned with getting answers regarding allergies or menu items (specifically, did a sushiroll have smelt roe on it). The food we ended up ordering (Soho steak and lobster, as well as chicken and salmon) was ok, atbest. The California roll we ordered had a very underwhelming portion of crab. Read more

We were sat fast but weren't given drinks or napkins and silverware until we asked. The menu layout was confusing and they... weren't descriptive enough so I didn't really know what I was getting with my main dish. The spring egg rolls were cut in halfand super greasy. Definitely not made in house. The miso soup was great but it contained mushrooms that wasn't listen on themenu. The salad was cheap, no flavor in the dressing. The salmon was overcooked but the noodles were good and so was the flavoron the hibachi salmon dinner. The sushi was so-so. Huge rolls that aren't that good. Wasn't even given chopsticks and had to eatthem with my fingers. Read more

This was the best place I found to eat while in Bartlesville. The food was good and cooked perfectly. Had great flavor as well.... It wasn't busy when I walked in but there were no tables clean. Some employees seemed to be working a little harder than others.Just an FYI. Read more

Food was good, and the staff and cook did a great job. Have visited many times since, but tonight on 2 of the combos the steak... was considerably overcooked. We will be back. Read more
