This location is more convenient for me since it is on my way home. However the 3 times I have visited this location the staff... has been extremely rude to me. They have just informed me customer service is not their job. I will never go back to thislocation. This is the skimpiest sandwich I've ever paid for. Meat was underweight/specs, veggies were underweight/spec too and barely... toasted. The ONLY thing that was decently done about what I ordered was the dressing amount. IDK why everything was under loadedon my order, but REALLY? 1. If you're trying to cut food costs, that's understandable. But cutting helpings by 1/3 to 1/2 ofcompany standards is unacceptable. And leaving off items is absolutely beyond the pale. 2. You ran out of stuff on the line? Iplaced an online order, it could've waited for 2-3 minutes while you restocked. Stop being lazy. 3. Was this sandwich lightbecause you didn't want to deal with wrangling it? I know I order a large sandwich (for $8.50 it should be the size of Texas.That's what I order, so that's what I expect). Just because I wasn't standing there watching you put it together doesn't mean Ican/should be shortchanged. Again leaving off items is horrendous. I know it's a full-on mess cutting and wrapping thissandwich. It's okay, just stuff the fall out in the wrapper and put napkins in the bag, I'm good with that. I avoid thislocation because this isn't the first time this has happened, but this is the worst of the past 7 years. If I didn't workdowntown, I would NEVER spend my money here. I'll just go across town from now on, they always get my order right and in theright proportions. Read more

I love subway, this one though the girl that helped us was rude and there was no ice, or soda fountain. That sucked trying to... eat our whole meal with nothing to drink, not pleased. Read more
Last time I worked at Subway, they didn't have glass case doors to help keep the food fresh in refrigerated, nor did they have... coarse salt and pepper grinders. So that's definitely a plus worth five stars. Also the service was superb. Everything in thedisplay refrigerator seemed well within its sell time, freshly prepared, clean, and tasty. I forgot the server's name, but shesaid that she normally works evenings alone. Hopefully that'll change if I get a job here. Besides that, however, she's a sweetperson who seems to know her store well. She built my sub like a real ???? Artisan. This is a place I'd like go regularly forfood. We all know what kind of food quality to expect from any Subway, I get nothing less when I go here but the employees like to... give an attitude instead of quality service with a friendly smile. I get the feeling that when I enter the restaurant I'm takingup their time and they can't wait for me to leave so they can get back to what they were doing.
