Food great just need to not be so stingy on meat. Tables were all needing cleaned from last customers. Staff was very pleasant &... quick. Went down hill since the new remodeling of the store every time I went in the order was wrong . Last time got nachos with extra... beef and sour cream and ended up with stale chips with hardly any meat and sour cream and a tone of cheese.. so lost mybusiness if you can not get orders right and food fresh ????. I never get my entire order from this location. When I do, it?s cold.. the cheese isn?t even melted on a cheese roll up. So bad... my 7&10 year olds won?t even eat it. I ordered a combo and only got the taco?! We love Taco Bell, we do not love theBartlesville location. Read more
It's completely understandable that there's an employee shortage, but this place is ridiculous in regards to that. My order was... old, disgusting, and not made correctly. Several parts of it weren't even edible and I had to dispose of it, being left hungryand unsatisfied. It was a protein bowl... they're supposed to be easy to make and yet they failed miserably. ???? 7-2-22 we sat in line 4 cars ahead of us and 10 behind us for 45 minutes, they took our order all fine. When we get to the... window the lady said they were out of chicken and could substitute it. You would figure tell the customers when they order thatyou are out of chicken but proceeded to charge my card after waiting in line for almost an hour. This place IS NOT handling the worker shortage well. Counter is full of customers that are upset over waiting more than an hour... to get their food. Store refuses to take cash. 1 person is working the line while 4 other employees (manager included) do verylittle to help him. Customers wanting refunds, but can't get them from ordering kiosks. No direction comming from management tospeed up the processes. Store is disgustingly dirty. Skip eating here until they get these issues ironed out. Not worth theheadache. Read more
I ordered on the app. With the rewards program, I was able to get a free item. I arrived at the restaurant, and drove through... the "Mobile Orders" line. I gave my name, drove up to the window and my order was ready promptly. Read more
