I was recently in bartlesville and went by to grab a hummus veggie wrap cause I don't eat meat and ended up on my way home out... of town to find out I got something with chicken in it. Clean and delicious smoothies. Their chicken pesto sandwich was really good. The ladies working there were very friendly.

Ordered through Uber eats. The smoothie was way too sweet, but the wrap was actually pretty good. It spurred a meal idea for... home, off to buy a panini press! Wouldn't spend $26 again on this unless I didn't have another alternative. The website lists"vegetarian" as pescatarian, buyer beware, and they don't list a breakdown of ingredients for the breads/wraps/flatbread,fyi. The lady who answered the phone when I called to verify my order seemed like your standard 20 something year old fast foodworker, but they got the order correct! 4/5 due to the actual food not being too impressive relative to price, moderate customerservice, and lack of disclosure of information/ lack of general food product linguistic knowledge. Would have loved to have a smoothie.... BUT.. they decided to close early. Open sign still on, but doors locked & drive thru... comes on and says to please come back during regular business hours... I'm sorry, but 10 minutes till 9:00 is supposed to BEduring regular business hours since your posted hours say you close at 9:00! Thanks for nothing. Read more

Sorry to see one of my favorite spots failing. I am a daily customer. We spend winters in Florida where we first started going... daily. We were so exited to get one in Bartlesville. However, last week I received 4 un-drinkable smoothies. Mostly chunky butsome have been made in correctly as well. Please fix our location!!! I need smoothies daily! Read more

I ordered food from there for the first time yesterday. Quesadilla was cold...like just out of the refrigerator. Cheese was not... melted. My blimey limey smoothie was so bland and was definitely NOT what I ordered. Sadly disappointed as I was really hungryand had to take it home and fix it. I added a packet of crystal light to my smoothie and nuked my food. It cured the hunger. Read more

Update: Tropical Smoothie Cafe customer service requested that I explain the situation on their website. I did what they asked... and to my surprise I received a letter from them apologizing. Will now give them another try. My husband and I went on openingday during their 3pm to 5pm all smoothies for$1.99. Well, we were charged the regular price of $5.49 each. When I asked about,the young lady I asked went and got someone else. A young man, who I am assuming was the manager, came over and acknowledgedthat the error was theirs and he apologized. However, he could not refund any money I was overcharged. Instead he gave mecoupons for what he explained was a deal, a 99¢ smoothie on our next visit. That would have been great but to get the 99¢smoothie you have to purchase a sandwich, wrap, or salad. I would have preferred my money back because this is just a push toget people to buy more.
