Had my son's bridal shower in June and the rehearsal dinner in September in one of the Banquet rooms and as usual everything was... absolutely perfect! Isabel was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail and quick response time kept me saneduring my planning. She was there day of helping to setup things to perfection. Moretti’s has been a train wreck of service this past year after numerous attempts to give them another chance they have... failed. Failed in customer service, acknowledgement of their poor food quality and keeping their word on refunds. My husband andI have ordered take out at least 4 times with out pizzas wrong or completely burnt. This last time last week, we ordered 4pizzas, wings, and fries. The gluten free pizza came and was completely burnt so we drove back to show them and ask them toremake it. The GM took the pizza and said what do you want me to do with this? After my husband had to explain the pizza wasburnt and looked completely different than other times he said fine I will remake this and credit your card a refund. Afterwaiting another 45 minutes and missing the family dinner we did get a new pizza. A week later … no refund. I am tired ofgiving them chances when there are numerous other pizza places locally. Sat down some time before 7:05 got food around almost 8 PM all we order was a soup that wasn't hot could tell it was microwaved... seeing the plate was piping hot same way with the tenders they were raw cold but plate was hot fries were like they was sittingout for minutes before rest of order was ready and final thing was a salad. Place wasn't really busy saw good few waiters juststanding there and 2 of them on their phones yet took almost an hour to recieve a soup, a salad, and tenders with fries. A friend and I came to eat here about a week ago from Oswego and it was definitely worth the drive! Pizza was amazing, drinks... were wonderful, and the staff were very friendly! Around halfway through our meal the manager (Brian I believe) stopped by andwas very friendly. I would give it ten stars if it was an option! Read more
We used Moretti’s Bartlett for our wedding catering this weekend and it was fantastic!! The food was delicious, and Isabel and... her staff were so incredibly helpful. Isabel helped me to order the perfect amount of food, helping me ensure my vendors wouldalso be able to eat, and I even had a bit of leftovers!! Moretti’s helped me achieve my dreams of having deep dish pizza andmy wedding, and I could not be happier with it. Read more
Yummy food, and a clean place. We got the parmesan chicken with pasta, pepperoni pizza, and a chicken burger. The pasta was a... little bitter but adding a little sugar resolved it. Overall hard-working staff but poor guys they need more people workingsince they are understaffed at the moment. We had to wait for 30mn to have a table and another 30mn to have our food. I previously left a 5 star review, however after speaking to Isabella and the GM today at Bartlett Morretis I am extremely... disappointed in their level of service. I had called to see if there was anything they could do about my deep dish pizza ordersince they had put black olives in it last time. I thought since I had the receipt, pictures, and record of my visit thereshould be no issue at all. Instead they treated me like someone who was trying to take snag at free pizza which was not the caseat all. Just wanted to see if there was anything they could do to make up for us not being able to try the deep dish last time.I was frustrated but not once did I argue or act rudely. They simply just did not want to help me. Restaurants that don’ttreat genuine customers properly don’t deserve business. “Went here on Tuesday night with a reservation for 8 people. Theyhad our table ready on time and waitress was very nice. Given that the restaurant was extremely busy I understand that theydidn’t have time to spend a lot of time at our table but our waitress would literally come and not come back for 10-12 mins.Every time we asked for something, we’d get it 10 mins later which was very annoying but she was very nice and I’m sure shewas trying. Food was a 10/10 and the price was crazy good! We paid $46 for 2 orders of garlic bread, two 16” pizzas, and one12” deep dish pizza. Unfortunately we got olives on the deep dish and my fiancé can’t stand olives, and since it would takea long time to remake we just left it- our server Heather apologized. Went for Thanksgiving and had the turkey dinner. I started with a caesar salad and it was delicious. Next dinner; the turkey... was good and the mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes were great. The stuffing had some odd seasonings and I didn't likeit Everyone else did. We shared a piece of pumpkin pie which was great. We went early so it wasn't crowded.
