The best pizza in the area by far. Their thin and deep dish is amazing, people always ask where I got the pizza from since it's... that good. The sauce they use is awesome as it doesn't give me heartburn like so many other places do. They saved our butts onetime as we ordered catering from a different place that cancelled on us literally when we went to pick it up. Call Pietanzas andthey walked us through what to get and delivered everything under an hour. Should have just gone with them in the first place! Read more
Pietanza?s is a solid choice for thin crust pizza. It?s not cracker thin nor is it heavy on the dough like some places who... erroneous label their pizzas as being ?thin crust?. It?s somewhere in between with regards to the thickness and texture. Andthey put the right amount of sauce, cheese and toppings on it so there?s nothing to complain about there either. They also offerstuffed crust and pan pizzas which are both decent but don?t really stand out and are rather bland and could use some more saltor butter or something. (Luckily, the thin crust doesn?t have this problem). I also tried some of their pasta dishes and they?reokay. Read more
6/12/22 UPDATE.....ORDERED THEIR NEW FOCACCIA. WOW!!! Delicious!! I LOVE this place! The food is always fresh made, not out... of a box and realllly delicious! They have an extensive menu and it is always difficult to make selections - it ALL sounds sogreat. Some of my favorites...rigatoni country, arancini, bechamel potatoes, fettucine alfredo w/chicken/broccoli, minipanzarotti, lasagna....well, i love the whole menu! I don't eat fish but my friend had the grilled octopus and said it was someof the best he's ever had. The dessert bread pudding is indescribably delicious. Served warm with an amazing sauce. Theflavor varies. Check out this place that makes REAL Italian food. Not the Olive Garden type garbage. Buon appetito:) UPDATE: 8/22... another delicious meal from Pietanza?s ????????????. This place is a hidden gem in Bartlett. Great food, great pricing, great friendly, family owned business. Have used them many... times for family meals to catering grad parties, holiday gatherings etc... Never have they let us down!!! Have even donefamily taste test verse other big name pizza places. Pietanza's comes out the winner every time. Believe we have triedeverything on the menu, from appetizers, salads, pizza's, sandwiches to the pasta = perfection every time. Delicious, great service, and comfortable. It was our first time here and we were very pleased. My wife had the spaghetti and I... had a roast beef panini and we recommend both. We also had arrancini for an app. I liked the spinach one a little more but bothwere very good. Read more
Awesome service by Annie, great food again! Update....on 3.23.18 my family n I had dinner there again I had a great pizza "meat... lovers" and our waitress not falling far from the tree was Natalie (Michelle's daughter...our favorite waitress) did a awesomejob n took care of us !! Excellent food and staff!!! Would highly recommend this place. Ambiance is terrific and servers always attentive. A great date... place or to bring friends. Fettuccini Alfredo exceptional.
