EXTREMELY rude service, brown lettuce and old meat. Totally incompetent staff that talks on the phone rather than pay attention... to the customers. Gave up and went to another Subway down the road. Read more

The staff is extremely rude if they even answer you at all. The guy working today was a guy with glasses and shaggy hair. He... didn?t even answer us when we asked a questions. He wasn?t wearing a mask either?..that?s gross especially during Covid. So wewalked out. Not only was my experience today bad, but on one other occasion I overheard the owner talking badly about customerswho had visited. She was a very mean woman and all her little employees were sharing their stories about how much they dislikedcustomers too. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Read more

Terrible customer service holy hell. Placed food online says delivered I never received anything, never got any emails regarding... it being delivered by door dash. Called the store and they guy answers VERY rudely so first negative interaction, second Iexplain the situation and he tells me over and over again it?s not in his hands and he doesn?t know how to handle it and that Ishould call DoorDash regarding it. Didn?t place it through door dash and don?t have Any DoorDash confirmation number to confirmit was purchased only have a subway confirmation number, he starts getting angry with me like it?s my problem and keeps tellingme he doesn?t know how to help me. Horrible place. It was my first time ever going here and last as well. Save your money. The guy with blue glasses, was not... wearing a mask at all. He was it phong attention AT ALL. He began to do all three subs I ordered at the same time, adding thewrong things on the wrong one. I would ask questions and he would not reply. He was too focused on the Dunkin workers. He shovedall three of our subs in the oven and turned it up to the point the bread was falling apart. He sneezed into his shirt and hadNO GLOVES when he wiped his face. Continued to try to give a cup like that. HECK NO. The chicken was not fully cooked either andhad a weird smell. All the condiments looked old. Save your money and drive to a different location. I usually don?t like subway regardless of location, but I didn?t have many other options so I chose to eat here. Definitely... regretted it. The bread was old and musty, and they are really stingy on the toppings. It?s crazy how subway keeps putting theirprices up without also improving the quality and/or quantity of food you get. Go to jimmy johns or jersey mikes instead trustme. Read more

Yes, subway people are stingy putting toppings on top of the sandwiches, but this location was the worst ever! I asked for the... new fresh mozzarella cheese. I got the shredded cheese. When I asked for the vegetables I wanted, the lettuce was so thin itonly covered the middle of the sandwich and you could see the bread under. The tomatoes were only half the normal amount tocover the whole lettuce, one small spread of onions and what looked like five black olives. BAD Read more

Worker Bhavna took 15 minutes for 3 sandwiches. At one point she just stood there for a good 3 minutes staring at the blank... sandwiches. She seemed lazy and didn?t even try to speed up any process from beginning to end. Wish I could give 0 stars. Read more

Usually I never have issues with this location but the people working today 11/08/2018 at around 1pm were absolutely awful. One... lady I had to repeat over and over which bread I wanted and she couldn't understand what italian bread is. She then proceeded toput the condiments on my sandwich without switching her gloves which were covered in marinara sauce. And for some reason when Iwent to go pay i showed her a coupon and then she told me to pay and for some reason it wasnt going through, I was paying withdebit. They let another guy go ahead of me and he paid just fine and when I tried again it still wasnt going through. Turns outthey were trying to run it as a gift card even though I never told them I was using a gift card and I kept trying to leavebecause they were wasting my time and they kept telling me to wait by screaming for other workers in the gas station to help herand even asked for this poor dude who worked at Dunkin Donuts to help and he didnt know what was going on because he DOESN'TWORK FOR SUBWAY. I just had it and left. Usually the experience there is fine but the certain workers I dealt with wereabsolutely awful. Read more
