My wife and I walked in the Subway shop in Bartlett Plaza after church on Sept. 18, 2022 around 2:30. As soon as we walked in,... the woman behind the counter gave a us a very unwelcoming face. We asked if we could use the coupons we received in our mail.She said, “No, we are no longer accepting those”, and pointed to a sheet of paper with a long list of the sandwiches theywould not accept coupons for. She then said, “I will take the coupon for today only.” So I proceeded with telling theemployee what I wanted in my sandwich. During this time, the employee still was making an unwelcoming face. I have ordered theItalian B.M.T for many years now, and I know how much meat should be in that sandwich. The employee cheated my wife and me outof meat on our sandwiches. This was very upsetting of course. This will be the last time we will be going to that Subway. Veryrude and unwelcoming. How do they expect to stay in business when treating customers like that. Retrain your employees on how tobe courteous. Read more

Very rudy Indian lady server! The food was delicious. The woman who made it was friendly and fast. The price is very good, and these days you know how big a... deal that is. The bread tasted very soft and fresh, really delicious. Oven fresh. And the restaurant was spotlesslyclean. It's in Bartlett plaza which is conveniently located off Devon and Bartlett road. I highly suggest you check themout...before inflation makes such outings into a luxury meal. Also, with the state of the world, you should go get a sandwichthere as you never know what might happen. I would give 0 stars if I could. The woman who regularly works there knows that I regularly come in. Usually with a coupon... that is MAILED TO MY HOUSE BY SUBWAY. She typically has an attitude at checkout when I present the coupon and rolls her eyes. Today, on 4/28/2021, she said they don’t accept coupons. I explained that yes, they do. They’ve taken them for years, whyall of a sudden the change? After going back and forth arguing and embarrassing me and herself in front of the other patrons,she grabs the coupon from me and uses it. I am a regular customer at this location never had any issues besides my recent visit on 4/25. I have previously purchased my... sandwitch with a coupon (buy one get one free) with the same employee plus others as well! However this time upon checkout theemployee refused to accept the coupon and then claimed something about an expiration date. I then presented my coupon beingvalid and after being unsatisfied she accepted the coupon and said "only this time" I hope this is helpful to any one coming tothis location they wont accept that coupon PS. When I entered the business, the employee informed me, "We do not accept coupons." What about "Hello" or "Welcome" instead?... Disappointingly, I have never used a Subway coupon in my whole life, despite being a regular customer. Perhaps she was having arough day, but that is no way to treat a loyal customer.
