The Dogfather has the best food around. I?ve been coming here for years. The hotdogs are TOTALLY Chicago style and are far... better then Portillo's. Meatball sub you must try, unbelievable. Never disappointed with the French fries, crispy on theoutside, soft on the inside, cooked to perfection. Tony the owner is a real nice guy & employees . If your new to the place tellhim? He will take care of you and your family/ friends and help you place an order to your liking, especially your kids. He willtreat you and your kids like your the only ones there!!! ( even though there is a line out the door ) . If you go don?t freakout if there?s a line, he has a very good system to get your food quickly. I?ve witness his service for years, neverdisappointed. Went there for the first time earlier this week and it was a pleasant first experience. The person that helped me at the... register was courteous and professional and the cooks did a good job of getting the food done fast and everything tasted freshand was presented nicely. They seem to have a good food selection but we wanted to try the hot dogs and fries there since theplace is called The Dogfather. I must say that the hot dogs were great! All the ingredients seemed fresh, all the toppings weregood, so we would definitely recommend and we will definitely be going there again. Read more
I have catered food for my daughter?s 10th birthday party from The Dog Father and it was a Hit! I have ordered Italian beef,... Italian sausage, pasta and lemon chicken. Everything came with sides: bread, salad, sweet peppers ???? and hot peppers ????.Heaters and utensils wore included to. Everything was fresh and delicious. For the last 10 years, I?ve catered from differentrestaurants, and last night my guests had told me that The DogFather is their favorite ???? I miss ordering food from this spot and I also miss their delicious food. I recently visited Bartlett, and I also did not miss... the chance to order something from this spot. I ordered through Grubhub because I was too lazy to drive to the spot, even thoughit was not very far from where I was. The customer service is nice and friendly, and I was able to order properly after just afew minutes. The prices are very cheap, and the food is very good. I remember ordering a lot from this spot a year ago, andthere is even a particular day where I can get a dog for only a dollar. I was waiting for my order, and it took a lot longerthan I expected, since the place I was staying was actually a few minutes away from the spot. I was so excited when the foodarrived, but not until I saw what was inside. I am a bit disappointed with the food they gave me. It looked like a mess, and Idid not know if it was the delivery's fault or the spot's fault. I still ate it, and honestly, it was not as good as Iremembered it to be before.
