It is so bad, I want to give it a zero, but that?s not possible, so I give it a one. The service is terrible. I was at a drive... thru and they gave me the wrong order. After trying to fix it, the manager comes and starts yelling really loud. He startedbeing racist and tried to make me pay double just because of a wrong order rather than giving back my money. Says there was alanguage barrier and to say baconator papas instead of baconator fries when baconator fries was said very clearly. The managerwas really mean just because I?m Hispanic. I can?t believe that Wendy?s let someone like him be the manager. I?m not one tocomplain or get mad easily, but this really crossed the line. Wendy?s, do better. Read more
I was just going to get food and after waiting almost a half hour for fresh fries we get home disappointed when our spicy 6pc... was forgotten and misplaced. Weather it was actually in the bag or not we were givin a rude attitude and no respect. The store was clean the workers were well-dressed and well spoken. This is one of the better fast food restaurants in the city... for Burgers and Fries and so on. Great brand with real ingredients. The staff is really awesome and the order gets ready realquick. I recommend! Read more
So I just ate there new Hot Honey Chicken sandwich and it was awesome. The perfect balance of heat chicken and sweet. The fried... pickles are different as they seem like a pickle chip more than a pickle but very good on the sandwich. Great Job Wendy's onthis one. It?s currently 9:35am and their dine in restaurant is CLOSED! On the door, it clearly states the dine-in restaurant is open... 9am-10pm. Nothing better then getting out of the car in 4 degree weather to find the restaurant is closed when IT SHOULD BEOPEN. Read more
