The good: breakfast sandwich was warm and tasted great. Donuts all tasted great as well. So no issues with food while there. The... problem seems to be no lack of leader there or communication. Lots of customers standing, waiting, simple errors made. A fewpeople that had gone through the drive through came in because of simple mistakes with their orders. I got my breakfast sandwichfairly quickly but then everyone seemingly thought our order was complete. So 10 minutes later we are still waiting for a dozendonuts. If looking for an instant fix at this location they need to have an expeditor with good communication skills takinglead. It just seems like 4 people that just met and don?t communicate. Read more
We went in the drive thru and placed our order. We had to repeat several times but they repeated the order correctly back to us.... We pulled forward and we paid. They then asked for our receipt back so they could make our order. Missed a coffee in our orderand refused to make it because we were in the drive thru. We went in to have them make it and needed them to remake one of ourother coffees because it was wrong and they stuck a second sticker over the cup so it would look right. Very rude person at thecounter and they were very unhelpful. It was 15 minutes before they closed and they had checked out. We have been going here foryears and never had a problem before. We have been going here for 10+ Years while on vacation. This year I placed drive thru order and when I got to window the wrong... order was waiting and I told them it was wrong. The girl working inside was extremely rude and said nobody ordered what I toldher my order was, I then told her I have been ordering the same everyday and this is not even close and she told me I had noreason to have an attitude and walked away still saying insults in the back ground such as ?he?s lucky I?m feeling nice today?the gentleman at the window was nice and ultimately made my order right. As a result of the rude service I did not return the 5remaining days of our trip and gave our business to other local shops that served coffee. Read more
Manager charged my daughter for donuts she didn?t order. When my daughter asked for an explanation of the charge, the staff... laughed at her and asked what her problem was. My daughter asked her not to be rude and the manager?s response was to F? off. Real classy establishment. Read more
Waited in line for 15 minute No reason why couldn?t ring up coffee for us told us would be 15 minutes until we could order... coffee . Wasn?t Short staff at all terrible place and staff was rude. wish they had Cumberland farms coffee or even honey dew inthis area this is worst Dunkin? Donuts manger should be fired. Read more
The woman who waited on me was rude and I felt like I was bothering her by even making an order. The food was fine, as was the... coffee's but the service was less than good. I will not recommend this establishment. Read more
Ordered through the drive through, they repeated it back to me, perfect. Get to the window where they hand me what I assume is... someone else?s order and then proceeds to have no idea what I did order. I repeated my order, they go and make it and hand meonce again the wrong drink completely. It took 3 employees and I never got the right order. Oh and they never gave my changeback so I hope they enjoy their tip they took from me. Read more
