When i originally started ordering from here everything was really good. Over time im finding things are changing. I ordered... from their app this evening at 5:38p, and the app sais order will be ready in 12 to 18 min. Headed to location off stage andcouldn't go inside when i arrived. Even though my family's food was already made, bagged and paid for i had to sit out in thedrive through for 45 min just to get to the speaker and let them know i was there. By the time food was in my hand it was 6:42p.Food by then was ALL cold, fries hardened and sodas flatt and watered dwn. Food would have been perfect had it not sat waitingfor 45 min for me to get through the drive through. Why put up signs telling people to "skip the line" and use the app whenthats not going to be the case. Service at this location has been slowly diminishing and i know they can do better! Read more

Food tasty as expected but fries were cold. Drive through busy but dining room empty yet had a long wait to order, food came out... in reasonable time but shake took much longer than expected. Overall good but not a great experience. Read more

Freddy's is one of my favorite place to eat at. Never been disappointed until today at 1:00pm. I order my usual Patti melt... combo in drive thru it was just terrible the bread was barely toast one piece over cook crispy hard meat look like a half of ahalf cheese on and No grilled onions. My meal was just terrible and I'm still hungry off sweet tea fries at least the cashierwas pleasant. So if I wasn't on my way to the doctor at that time I would've took it back ???? very very disappointed!! Read more

I absolutely hate giving bad reviews but when you keep giving me Fried that look like this I can?t help it. Costs ain?t the... problem my son lives Fried and we want be getting anymore from the location in Bartlett. They?ve gotten over on me for the lasttime and the service I?d too slow to be handing out old food. I don?t mind waiting if it?s going to be fresh. Read more

This was my first time eating at Freddy's after passing by it daily. I was pleasantly surprised with my order. I just got the... bacon cheeseburger combo. The fries are amazing. They have shoestring fries so it was a good change from other places. Theburger had a real grilled taste with the I guess you would say charring of the meat. We also tried the cheese curds-delicious. Idefinitely will be back with regularity. I would suggest you give them a try, too. Read more

Ordered food from here on Uber eats. ALL the ice cream was missing (3 whole sundaes) burger was missing, sauce missing, and the... rest of the food was cold. I?m done. Ordered food tonight. Open the bag and discover one of the grilled cheese sandwiches burnt, the 5 piece chicken tender only had... three pieces, one of which was smaller than a McDonald?s nugget, and we?re missing a chocolate milk. Ok. One or two of those areunderstandable. Then my son bites into the not burnt sandwich, says ?owe?, gags, and spits out chucks of burnt hamburger. How doyou even do that? How did you get it in the cheese? At no point should the inside of the sandwich touch the grill. Then I calland the only reimbursement they have to offer is a free meal from here as long as I come within 7 days. Why in the absolute hellwould I come back? Read more
