Clean location and pretty fast service. The young lady at the counter when I was there was very friendly and very kind which I... very much appreciated. I?m in town on business for the past 5 weeks. I would have to say this Panera?s is by far the worst with loud behavior from the... kitchen between the hours of 3-7. Best time to visit is early morning. It truly is the only time that you can enjoy a meal. Itreally comes down to two employees working the kitchen. One is male and the other is a female. Ordered online and got an email with the estimating time it would be ready. Once I got there, got another email saying it was... delayed. Only took about 5 minutes but no biggie. When I got in, no workers were visible. No one behind the counter. No onein the dining area. My food was not on the shelf where online orders should be. No workers visible so couldn't ask anyoneabout it. Checked the shelf where the kitchen place food for the workers to pick up and it was there. Grabbed it and leftwith out seeing anyone that works there. As for the sandwich. It was the spicy chicken sandwich. No seasoning, wasn't spicy,wasn't even warm. Didn't like it at all. I used to love this place, but lately, every time I order a sandwich, it?s made incorrectly. The food was good, the service was okay, and the restaurant was clean for the lunch crowd. I wish the portions were a little... bigger though, as I feel hungry shortly after leaving. Read more
