The delivery driver first did not want to DELIVER. He asked for me to come outside. My order was less than $5 because I have... Papa Dough (a GREAT customer). I suggested a $5 tip while handing the driver $20. Because he didn't have $10 change hesuggested cancelling my order for the second time within the interaction. The manager responded that IF what I said were true;she wouldn't believe it because he's the best driver she has. I told her then Papa John's should be worried. I'd just take mybusiness elsewhere. I have a picky, and I mean PICKY toddler. He actually ate all of his food and wanted more! The food was delicious and didn't... take that long, could have been quicker if the driver didn't stop at Burger King before delivering my food, (I watched on thetracker)!! Read more
Food is a hit or miss... Used to always be good and I've always preferred them. But nowadays a lot of my pizzas will be more... than well done theyll be burnt. Plus it's a hit or miss if I get enough pizza sauce or not on them. I also get tired of payingfor extra sausage just to still have bites with nothing but sauce and cheese. Meanwhile extra sausage at piiza hut and I can'teven find a spot to place another sausage... I just wish I liked the flavor of pizza hut as much. Read more
Ordered delivery just now.selected the option for extra sauce. They gave me so little sauce it wasn?t even the normal amount you... get on a pizza. The pizza crust was very soft as if not cooked long enough Never ordering from here again. It was my first timeordering from papa johns in years. Extremely disappointed. Way to go! If is wasn't cold and rainy this order would be going back. Nothing this bad looking should be leaving the store , this is a... clear indication that the employees do not care what goes out, burnt so bad it was inedible and still cost me 6$ just to throwit out .
