1. Ordered 5 PC, was asked if wanted spicy which I said yes. When got to window and was asked if okay 3 spicy and 2 regular. Not... what ordered. 2. Ordered Chicken Sandwich with no mayo. It looked noting like picture and saturated top and bottom bun withextra mayo. 3. Paid extra for Mac and Cheese. It was such a small amount that didn't even cover bottom of serving container. 4.Ordered Diet Coke and Reg Coke. I looked at lid and young lady said she marked the drinks. Yes she did, but wrong. Always running out of chicken parts, 1st. wing's, some places leg's what's next thighs or breasts? I thought, but could be wrong... a chicken has two of each. For having chicken that's already ready this is the slowest and rudest restaurant in Bartlett. Your lucky if you get your food... in 20 or 30 min. This place is terrible!!!! We placed an online order, went inside once arrived to pick up order and was sent back out to wait in... line for 45 minutes. I already drove 23 minutes to get here. The guy was really rude when I asked how do I get a refund. He saidto take that up with online because they're just handling the food so we had to wait in this long line. While waiting I see theguy on his phone back towards the cash register for 30 of this minutes until I could no longer see him. Where's the manager?This is so terrible and frustrating!!
