The first stall we pulled in had a hand written Cash Only sign. We waited about 10 mins before I noticed other people pulling in... and receiving orders right away, I pulled into another stall one over. I was able to order right away. I ordered a small shakewith the chocolate m&ms. I actually read the sign as it's written on the marquee. The hostess brought a chocolate shake withm&ms and I explained I didn't order chocolate. She, then, took my cash and began to walk away. I asked her for my change, sheasked, oh you want your change now. I looked at her strangely and said yes please. My order was $4.05, I gave her a $20 dollarbill and a nickel. She handed me $15 and begin to walk away, I said excuse me, I am short. She said, oh yeah I owe you .95 cent.I said no. She said I gave you $15. I said, I understand but I gave you $20.05. She said, yes and I owe you .95 cent. I againsaid, no, my order was $20.05 and I gave you $4.05. She was still confused and just handed me $1.00 and looked at me questionly,I said thank you. After a few more minutes a young man brought the correct order and the receipt. I looked down and noticed Iwas charged extra for the chocolate I didn't order. I explained I was charged extra, he stated you didn't receive your shake. Isaid yes, it was wrong and corrected however I was overcharged. He then left and a young woman returned with much attitude andprovided the change. At this point, I do not believe attention to detail and good customer service is a hard ask. Will notreturn to this location!! Read more
Bacon cheeseburger toaster.. immediately noticed that the burger had very little heat, onion ring used was so bad I had to... remove it asked for large tots with the combo and clearly recieved medium tots thrown into large fry box halfway full. And nowmy stomach starting to hurt as I type this. I used to work at Sonic and was one of the best so I know how good the food can be.It's sad to know and to see so many people fail at the bare minimum. So many people incapable of performing such a easy jobfilled with easy tasks and thinking they deserve more. Read more
I ordered a chophouse CB combo with a RT44 Dr Pepper. I received a double CB with chopped onions and Mayo on a regular bun.... Tater tots were old and cold. The DP was good. Read more
Diabetics- make sure you get the right flavor add ins here. I mobile ordered a diet limeade with the raspberry sugar free flavor... add in for my husband. We were given blue raspberry flavor add in, not sugar free. Read more
Last time that I am giving this location a chance to get an order correct. Ordered a Hot Fudge shake with no whip cream,... received a vanilla shake with whip cream. We thought the large drink was just over filled so that is why the cup was wet...nothe cup was split down the side and leaked all over us. Decided after a year to give the location another try...Ordered threeof the new Churro shakes, one without whipped cream. None of the shakes came with the churro bite as pictured, the large hadice cream running down the side and the others were sticky. The only positive is the carhop was very nice. If you are going tostaff a business with only young people at least have one person trained in quality control. Read more
I decided to stop after passing the restaurant...yes it's half price burger night. I turned around ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a... small drink. The price was $6.12. I felt great cause a single burger by its self cost $4.50 or more in change. My order came outfast and yes it was dreaming hot and delicious. I manage to take a pic I got down to the last bite. This morning I got the bacon egg and cheese toaster and I just had to give a review on it. That was the best bacon and cheese... I?ve had. The eggs were scrambled and cooked to perfection ???????? and the bacon was crispy. Sonic really has the best baconever! Thank you to the cooks this morning for making the best sandwich! Read more
