This location used to be my favorite until last night. I ordered 4 sandwiches online. They called to tell me they were out of... ingredients for one of them. I asked for a refund on that one but asked that they still make the others. They agreed. Once Iarrived at the restaurant, they said they didn't know how to do a refund to a debit card. They called a manager who told themthat they could not refund since I ordered online and "don't dare give that man cash". (She was on speakerphone) So now I havepaid for a sandwich I did not get. I have contacted corporate and am waiting on a response. Edit: Corporate DOES NOT CARE. Theydo not handle complaints about their restaurants. If this happens to you (which looking at Twitter, it happens often), your onlyrecourse is a chargeback to your card. Read more

Employees complain if you try to order 45 minutes before store closes. Location does not accept coupons or rewards from Subway... app. This was a great store a few years ago. I deleted the app and will find a new sandwich restaurant with better customerservice Read more

I don?t typically eat at Subway and I wanted to rate this location better based on service received from the young lady (Indian)... assisting me and my husband (she deserves 5 stars). We observed the black young lady being extremely rude to customers. When wewalked in the door the first thing she said in a rude tone and loud enough for all the customers to hear was, ?All thesecustomers.? She went on to speak to customers in this same manner asking them what they wanted and so forth without evergreeting them or smiling. People who behave like this should not be the face of anyone?s business. I didn?t know the younglady?s name to give her the stars she deserved but she was smiling and very pleasant. If the other lady was available to assistus, we would have quickly said no thanks and left or waited for the other to become available. We visited this location atroughly 8:15p on 8/1/22 if that helps management to narrow it down, I?m sure it will not be hard. Read more

I told this girl who appeared to be from India that I wanted a grilled chicken salad; she had the MOST NONCHALANT attitude!!!... Then, the way she prepared the salad was that of either a non-caring worker or just plain inexperienced worker! Read more

Just left subway. Tried to order. There?s two men in there working, one on the phone, one actually trying to work. The taller... guy, walked into the office area, talking on his cell phone, while seeing customers waiting to be served. You can hear him inthe office talking (super loud). He comes back out while the other guy is ringing a customer up, HIS PHONE RINGS AGAIN AND HELITERALLY WALKS RIGHT PAST 2 customers waiting to be helped and heads RIGHT BACK IN THE OFFICE TO TALK ON HIS CELL PHONE. NEVEREVER AGAIN! I made a complaint to Subway and the manager of that subway (obviously one of the men working that day) replied andsaid ?we apologize the wait was longer then expected?. WAIT, WHAT? That?s NOT what I was complaining about. I?ve waited for awhile for my food before at subway? I?m complaining because your employee, manager, WHO EVER he was decided being on his phonewas more important then attending to paying customers. Customers who MAKE YOUR BUSINESS?. A BUSINESS. Lady making sandwiches was rude for no reason, bread was stale and sandwich was sloppily made. She literally coughed on my food... while making it. Bugs flying on food in restaurant. The people behind me got so upset they canceled their order and then theyput all the food that was cross contaminated back to reserve. DISGUSTING! Not going to come back to this location. Read more
