We've ordered a few times since they opened. Our first two orders were missing an add on for each item (sauces and fajita... veggies). We ordered again tonight and everything was so good! We read some of the reviews prior and depending on what youorder, I can see why something may come out bland. For example, I had ordered the chiwawa with crispy chicken. I had ordered itwith no sauce, thinking the salsas would be enough flavor. It wasn't super flavorful but that is because of how I ordered it.The marinated chicken and shredded chicken are very flavorful. We will definitely order again. Finally, the locally owned burrito chain restaurant the mountain needed! Do not go expecting authentic Mexican food. Here you?ll... instead find bright innovative signature flavors with the option to be as creative as you want. You won?t find corn tortillas orcooks working pots over a hot stove. This is a something for everyone spot with quick and delicious food in an easy to get tolocation. The staff was super friendly and I was impressed that our order went flawlessly on opening day. Recommended: steaktaco salad with chipotle ranch, general Taos tacos on soft tortilla as is, hibachi steak and shrimp burrito with mango habanerosauce. Read more

What a great experience. We ordered dinner on the app and our food was ready as soon as we arrived. The portions were almost... sharable. My favorite part of course was the way we were treated as customers. I was greater as soon as I walked in and wasassisted in finding my order on the shelf. I will definitely be back! Read more
This is a brand new location so everything is new and clean. The staff were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The food was... delicious and included vegetarian options. The only thing that could have been better was the buffalo cauliflower - it was coldinside and not very crispy. We will be back to try more items soon! Read more

I was so honored to have received an invitation to try out some of the menu from the brand new Bubbakoo's Burritos in... Bartonsville, PA a day before their grand opening. I got a chance to sit with the franchisee and talk for a while and he hassuch a strong desire to please his customers and provide a great workplace for his employees. I was honestly very impressedwith him as a Franchise owner (he has a few others in New Jersey as well) and also with his food. We started with The "CrispyChicken Bacon Sriracha Ranch Quesadilla". No, I did not attempt to say that three times fast. The first really cool part aboutthis menu item (that I learned from speaking with the franchisee) is that an employee of the company one day tossed thistogether and said they thought it would sell well. It then went through the necessary channels and became a menu item acrossthe whole company. How awesome is that? To be working for a chain restaurant and having your ideas matter in that type ofcapacity is not something you see often. The Quesadilla by the way, was very good. The chicken was breaded and in fact crispy,lots of cheese, a really nice cook on the tortilla, and the sriracha ranch had a nice touch of heat but nothing anywhere neartoo much. I enjoyed this a lot. Moving on to the "Nashville Hot Chicken Burrito". I got this specific item exactly how itwould come on the menu and I played around with the next one a bit. Nashville hot is a big trend right now but I've often foundthat most places that sell it, leave the hot behind. This burrito had just enough heat that I wanted a drink, but not so muchthat I needed one. Keep in mind that I thoroughly enjoy heat though so this one may be a bit much for people who don'ttypically eat spicy foods. The place is nice and clean and very modern and while I love the fact that it?s a new business in the area and that it not yet... another Italian eatery but the food was just ?ok?. There was no distinct flavor to it, as if they decided not to use seasoningand spices to cater to an audience with very bland taste buds. I ordered a hibachi steak and Shrimp burrito and for the $15 Ipaid for it, my money could have been better spent going to Ichiban and actually ordering a steak and shrimp hibachi special.
