Chose chili's because it was the birthday girl's choice, we've gone there every year to celebrate and she had just turned 21.... Once seated we waited a very long time to give our drink and app order. We finally told someone and they quickly took our 1storder and then we waited and waited. Finally we were told our order never went to the kitchen. By the time we received our food,half the orders were wrong and the rest were overcooked. We will never celebrate there again. Read more
I went in here Sunday October 2nd with my wife and kid. Immediately I knew something was off when half the seats were empty and... the host was slouched over and talking on his cell phone. We requested a table in the corner and were refused because that areawas "closed" and we were forced to take a seat by the bar (I have a 5 month old and didn't want her to be around the screamingguys). The server came over and took our order. He came back again and asked one more time to repeat our order (he didn't writeit down). About 20 minutes later our drinks came out and we cancelled our order al together, paid the bill and walked out. Thisplace seems to be run by teenagers and is so disorganized I wonder how they remain in business at all. This was my 3rd and finaltime here. I love Chilis in general but the management and most of the staff here need to be replaced. Before someone says theyhave a "staffing shortage" we went across the parking lot to another chain restaurant and were immediately sat and taken careof, had great food and a wonderful time. If the restaurant acorss the parking lot is fully staffed, why isn't this Chilis?Something is wrong with this place and I am blaming the management! Read more

We ordered 2 dinners online for pickup which went smoothly. The salad and chili were fine. The shrimp/chicken fajitas came with... skimpy sauce and cheese amounts. They forgot to give us utensils etc so we had to beg some from our hotel. Read more
The food is always good usually get it delivered. Last time we were missing a whole meal I called was supposed to get something... in the mail never did but wanted to give another try.
