The woman who served us was pleasant, but seemed a little stretched thin. She was the only one I saw serving, that I remember.... It was very clean, very friendly atmosphere. New owners! Newly remodeled. Very clean. Owner and waitstaff were friendly and attentive. Owner was present and active. Food... was hot, fresh and generous. Highly recommend catfish filet dinner. Enough for 2 moderate eaters to share. Read more

It was very good. My 1 year old ate a lot of mine! I got a lot of food and unlimited coffee for less then 13 bucks. The waitress... was new but she hit it out of the park with her service. She was on top of everything and my coffee cup was never empty, and Idrink a lot of coffee. I highly recommend for good down home food! Tip well! Read more
Nice bright clean restaurant. Had two eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy along with coffee for only $5.99. Not a bad deal. Will... have to come back another time for the beans and ham with corn bread for $6.25. Doesn't sound bad at all. Update: Was in thismorning 3/19/21 for breakfast. The service and food, not to mention prices are fantastic. Large dinning room where people aren'tclose together. Super clean, bright and cheery. I like it that all the condiments are on the tables. The tenderloins were good, but the member of our party of 6 that paid the bill and tipped the waitress had a steak (ordered... med-well and served over cooked and inedible),broccoli (cold), and coleslaw (horrible) but when he voiced his disappointment, hewas told he would be called. He is from Texas, and the restaurant is in Peoria, Illinois. Very inappropriate solution. He andhis brother are owners of a prominent business in the area.
