It took forever for two breakfast sandwiches and a hash brown. The staff was more interested in being loud and obnoxious talking... with each other than doing their jobs. This particular McDonald's used to be clean and have great service. Read more
Ordered in drive thur and waiting in reserved spot for 20 mins , watching them bring food to every other car, then said... something to guy bringing food to other cars, he lies and said its sitting up there and would bring it out, then comes out withanother cars food, finally had to go in and manager was completely uncaring. Current service is not exemplary. Likely short staffed. Usually a good stop on our road trip through central Illinois, with its... location so close to the highway. I?m deducting stars however due to a recent experience when we attempted an order close tomidnight. We arrived in front of the speaker 10 minutes to close, made our order and were never given further instructions to goto the window or ever told our total. I suspect new or few staff couldn?t handle the growing line and make closing preparations. Read more
This used to be one of the best McDonald's to go to ... The last 2 times I went it was horrible!!! Today I ordered a few things,... some of which was 4 burritos. They rang me up for 2, I didn't realize it until they brought my food out. Which of course wasafter being pulled up and was the only car in the drive thru... I had to go in and order 2 more. They ended up being $4.75, andthey didn't give me the mild sauce.... My niece went in to ask for it and they acted like they weren't going to give her themild sauce because she didn't bring in the receipt.... I wouldn?t even give it a 1. service is terrible at night the manager is very disrespectful he threw the food at my son in law,... that not the only time the same manger would not get our money he kept laughing with another employee I called and reported himand I went today on 11/30/22 and reported him again she said she will look at the cameras we don?t need people like him to giveus our food.
