Really bad service at the window. Whoever takes orders seriously consider re training them. Poor service very disappointed
I?ve gone through this location 3 times this week, each time they messed something different up. First time it took forever to... get to order box (only 2 cars ahead of me) and when I got up to pay, they accidentally charged the car ahead of me for my order. Second time they did the same thing! Third they forgot one of our items and when we went back through to get it, they neveranswered the box, I just had to pull up to the Window. It appears that the current employees (for the list part) don?t care tobe there and I have to assume there is a management failure to be having this many issues. Read more
2:30 p.m. on September 3rd. Nobody was in the drive-thru but us, and we were treated rudely and continually hissed at by the... person taking our order. They were out of 2 of the items we wanted to order, so why are they not removed from the digital menu?Every aspect of our meal was dry. The chicken nuggets had been double fried. The fries were even dry. How do you mess up fries?The timer is preset! You lost another customer. Read more
This McDonald's recognized that we had waited too long for our order. We did not complain but patiently waited When they... realized we had been forgotten we were issued coupons for a free meal. Very good of them to address and compensate for amistake!! Read more
Went to the drive thru to order tonight 8/12 at 7 pm and no one answered for about 15 minutes and when she did, she was rude. I... then sat for 30 more minutes not moving at all so I left. Get some people that understand it is not hard to work at McDonald's.The person in front of me tried to hand the cashier money and she just walked away and never came back. They updated their play area during the pandemic and currently it's absolutely disgusting. They do not clean this room in... general, you can visibly see the dirt and grime, this is for kids just because kids aren't going to say something about crumbsIn the play place or ketchup on the floor looks like they haven't mopped in a week, I mean spraying some Lysol would even dothis place justice. If I could have given no stars I would have. Store opens at 5am I was there at 6:30am, was told we have no food at this time.... This has been the 3rd time in a month this has happened. Rude customer service. And if you go inside to order you stand therefor 20 minutes before order is taken. Read more
Always a great go to when you need to stop and relive yourself. Oh and the food is McDonalds same as it every was....
