If I could do 0 stars I would! The guy on the phone was rude! The app wasn?t working so I called the store to ask questions and... see if he would be able to help me. He kept interrupting me. He told me many times they can?t offer the same deals as the appdoes.. which I understood to a point. That was until he was very rude and wouldn?t listen or let me finish anything I wassaying. Outrageous prices. $52 for 2 one topping pizzas carryout. Pizza Hut pizza is not good enough to cost that much. Rude customer... service. Read more
I had called the previous day to ensure what to expect, as I was going to use their app for delivery for my birthday party. When... I ordered, I used the deals for my medium pizzas, and added mozzarella sticks. When I tried to apply the $5.00 off $25 or morecoupon, it wouldn't allow me to, so I had to remove the mozzarella sticks from my order. Then when I went to check out, I wascharged a $5.00 fee. Very disappointing. Then the amount of toppings on the pizzas were terrible. 6 pieces of mushrooms on amedium pizza? The other ingredients were the same. At least the delivery guy was polite, and received a good tip. But I do notplan on ever ordering from this restaurant again. Okay, after posting my disappointment, Charles Little John of Pizza Hutemailed me, and to remedy the problem, he then gave me a $20 credit to use on my next order, which was appreciated. Read more

Make sure the pizza is fully cooked. My wife ended up recieving a soggy undercooked pizza. It was super supreme, stuffed crust... with garlic crust, size large. All in all, we were disappointed in the pizza, only 2 slices were cooked enough to eat. Read more
