Food is delicious. Best Dickey's Barbecue Pit in Texas. Brisket is tender and moist, Turkie is outbof this world. The Sausage... was my favorite. For was hot fresh and delicious. The place is immaculate. A must when your in the area for lunch or dinner. Read more
Holy moly my husband and I are there last night around 8:00. The "guy in charge" needs a serious attitude adjustment if he is... going to be dealing with the public. I spoke to the only other people eating in the restaurant to see if he was as rude to them. They said that he definitely had no business working there. FYI....I ordered chopped beef (received sliced).. My husbandordered a sausage sandwich (got sliced beef). Only reason we didn't let them know is because we didn't want to deal with himagain, we sat there and ate what they gave us. Won't be back. Read more
Went there for the first time. I had chicken, brisket, and sausage. It was better than expected. I've been to one other Dickeys... and I don't remember it being this good. Yes, this is not a BBQ place you'll see featured on TV. But I thought it was prettysolid. Staff was friendly. I'll be going back. Read more
Went on a Thursday night at about 8:30 pm. The sign on the door said they were open till 9 pm. We ordered our food and noticed... that with out asking they put all our food in to-go containers. My wife asked if we could eat here. We were told no because theywere closing soon. We had more shopping to do so we wanted to be able to eat before we went home. If you are not willing toaccept customers in your dining area then turn off the open sign and change the hours on the door. I gave it 2 stars onlybecause the food was ok and not bad. Read more
We went to this location tonight and found it strange that for two or three meat plates it was an additional $3.00 if you wanted... ribs, we ordered two meat plates with no ribs, while we were eating I went online to see if the $3.00 additional charge for ribswas on phone orders also to my surprise it was not, so I ordered a two meat plate of Brisket and Ribs at the normal price, withtwo sides for the normal price of $13.50, if I had purchased in the store it would have been $16.50. My wife got her Brisket andI got ribs for tomorrow. I have to say the meat was amazing. Read more
