I was surprised to come in on Sunday at 6pm to see not a single person in the restaurant! The place is nice and the food was... good as well. We had Escargot, Chicken Parmesan, the New York Strip, and a salad and all was yummy! There were no hard rollslike previous reviews stated, so maybe they changed this. Good service (though we dined early and were the only ones there). Calamari was decent; chicken Jerusalem was a good-sized... portion, but was a bit tough and the sauce was too thick. 8 oz. bottled sodas cost $3.50/ea, so drink sparingly. Trio?s ItalianBistro is not horrible, though a preferred Italian restaurant for us is Cafe Italia in Grapevine. Read more

My husband ordered the chicken genoveze and I ordered the veal genoveze -- both were wonderful. The desserts were outstanding... -- lemon cream cake and tiramisu. The restaurant is nice with white tablecloths. They do have wine and liquor as well. Lovedit. Read more

We had a wonderful experience at Trios Italian Bistro last week. Our waitress immediately served the table warm rolls alongside... very tasty olive oil with butter. We started with calamari. It was tender, sweet and served nice and hot. We were a group of9 and all got a different dish (Clams with Linguine and White Wine Sauce, Chicken Parm, Chicken Cacciatore, Shrimp Scampi,Linguine Putanesca & Pizzas) Everyone?s meal was DELICIOUS!
