Received email from VA with restaurants participating in Veterans Day deals. Beef O Brady?s was on the list with buy one meal... get one of equal or lesser value for free, with the note: ?at participating locations?. When we arrived at the Bartow location,we asked if they were doing anything for veterans, the server said they are doing 50% off. Got the bill and there was nodiscount at all, told the server and she said she forgot, came back with the corrected bill and it had 10% off for a total of$4.45 off the bill (which was less than 50% off a meal, if that?s what the promotion even was, it wasn?t explained to us, just?50% off?). So many other places are honoring their veterans way better than this beefs, please take your business to one ofthose where they actually care and appreciate your service more than $4 worth. A group of four came in for the 25$ for two ad. Told this location does not do this....although local channels in this area... advertised it. We then went to menu. I ordered the salad "fresh catch salad" which I have had at this location before. Orderedit blackened. The others ordered hamburgers and chicken tacos. The others got their meals and mine came a little later to findit was not blackened and was cold and raw. Sent it back Got it back as others finished . The fish was still cold and rawish andthe salad was wilted. The other two said their fries were soggy, and one burger was lukewarm. I could not eat my meal. Verydisappointed that we each spent 50 dollars each for such disgusting food.what happened to beef o Brady in bartow???? Read more
This location has been lacking for the last few months. Service has been slow and inattentive at times. During the last visit,... our food was brought out at different times causing us to all eat at different times. Additionally, drinks were not brought outfor nearly 15 minutes and I was told my sides (broccoli and zucchini) were not available after my replacement sides of rice andmashed potatoes showed up (which I did not ask for, nor want). 10 boneless wings (more like chicken nuggets) for $15. Of course they didnt even have any friggin sauce on them but we got a... side sauce "free". Fajitas and steaks were the same price as the "wings". Service sucked, "nuggets" sucked. I'd rather driveto Lakeland for college football games now. At least they sauce their WINGS. Read more

Stopped by Beef 'O' Brady's - Bartow, Fl for a drink and a snack before we went grocery shopping. We ordered: ?Margarita ?Rum... and Diet ?Wings ?Nachos The bartender, Yolanda, was wonderful. Very personable and efficient. We noticed the manager fillinghis water bottle at the bar. Bar soda usually comes from the ?bar guns? and he inserted the nozzle completely into his waterbottle. Upon noticing this, I put my drink on the rail and waited for the bartender to come over. I expressed my concern and shesaid she would make one from the back. I declined. I was no longer interested. Not at all her fault, but I just wasn?t in themood anymore. I was pretty disgusted. Unfortunately, this seemed like a familiar for the manager. I asked if that was themanager and she confirmed it was. I also asked to speak to him. He came out and I voiced my concern. He just stared at me. Iasked if he would just take the other drink off. He said okay and walked away. He did pull the soda gun and cleaned it while wewere there, but if I didn?t say anything I felt they would have left it. Read more
We were in the area for a band performance at the local high school. Beefs has a tendency to be pretty consistent, plus it was... late. My map application gave me bad directions but we still found it without a problem. This one is located at the end of astrip mall. Upon entering we were greeted and seated immediately. Our server was very friendly and personable and made us feelwelcome. My companions had the barbecue bacon cheeseburger and the garden salad. Both were excellent. I found somethingdifferent to try, the buffalo chicken salad. I had it with light Italian dressing which are server found a little unusual. Ipersonally thought it was a fantastic salad and I finished the entire thing. I would definitely go back to this location againif I was down in the area. Read more
Needs new management. Two visits in a row the food didn?t come out at the same time for the table. Cafeteria style frozen burger... and chicken Pattie?s served. Burned food brought to the table and when it was comped the manager didn?t even come to the table.Servers are great but these managers have to go! Won?t be back until reviews improve. Read more
