I will not be returning to this location any time soon. It was very unorganized and the team members were unable to accurately... fulfill a pretty simple order. The employee at the drive through kept talking to someone else while taking my order, which canbe understandable because they are also working the window. Our sodas tasted terrible and we were asked to drive around thebuilding to wait for two hamburgers and fries. The employee who brought the order out did not know what was in the bag and keptopening and moving the food around to see the items after he had just opened the door the general public uses. The hamburgerswere sloppy with way too much sauce. Also, our receipt was unreadable so I couldn?t send Burger King my feedback so I opted forhere instead. Read more
Beware!! They don't honor the prices advertised on the Poster in their window. The Poster showed 2 sandwiches for $6. However... when giving the order the young lady said the price was $7 and she didn't care what the sign said. I'm not sure if they chargethe correct price on any other items. Read more
Horrible service ... food was rang up incorrectly., we didn't get all of our food and when we went to get the rest, the cashier... stood there and told us that he gave them to us and we are lying , with the manager standing right there, he didn't turn aroundfrom expediting, and help with the issues ... the kid was very rude and gave us nasty dirty looks when we wanted the rest of ourfood that we didn't receive... we spent 40.00 there and that isn't cheap... so yes I want all the food I ordered.. the managerdid mumble as we were walking away that they are short staff and if we want better service than we need to go work with them, imguessing that is why they have a revolving door for employees ... Every time i come here (not often) i order plain cheeseburgers. When they give them to me they are never plain.
This location is probably the best of burger king's in Polk county I've experienced. Today however was a bad experience. I... ordered 1 combo with burger with ketchup and lettuce. The other 2 burgers with ketchup only. I had all burgers with ketchup andlettuce. They made my burgers 2 more times and didn't comprehend for some reason. New employees??? Ok to start with I did 1 star cause I couldn't do 0 stars. Went thru drive thru got 2 of the 2 for 6 dollars and small fry. 2... whoopers with cheese. Whoppers had no cheese and fries was cold. Got 2 regular chicken sandwiches but wait here comes the goodpart. After eating whoopers my husband goes to eat his chk sandwich and there on top bun ( see picture to believe it) size ofmaybe bigger half dollar MOLD. PUKES...really? I will never eat there again.
