Upon arrival was told to wait at the speaker box for 10 minutes with no assistance (picture of the sign below.) Once my order... was taken they lost one of my drinks in my order. Service was not helpful. Requested a drink with extra cream and sugar and wastold they can not do that. Last week, I ordered a pumpkin signature iced latte, came with NO ice, and NO sweetener. The drive thru is freaking slow as hell. They make you sit at the speaker forever without saying a word. And some of the workers... are just plain idiots! And even after waiting so long, they still get your order wrong or it tastes terrible! Read more
Good place. The service was quick and the Coffee was great.
Owners need to clean this Dunkin up and train. Pre made coffee sitting out with no top in front of a dirty box fan on the... counter. People in the kitchen dealing with food (tongs and bags) without gloves. Disgusting- will not be going here anymore.I?ll use the cleaner Dunkin on 540A. And I did mobile and they lost my ticket. This is a good Dunkin with freindly employees and really good donuts. My donut was soft but firm . A perfect texture . The drive... thru speaker worked and I could here the lady. It's in a somewhat sketchy area but Bartow is sketchy so let's leave it at that.The refresher was pretty good but it was mostly ice. Mt husband ordered me a LG peppermint mocha signature latte on his mobile app. I was given a small regular latte in a paper cup.... We went back in. My husband told an employee. She remade my drink. Now I have a regular LG latte with ice. Not a drop ofpeppermint at all. Not impressed with this location. Read more
