Ordered online. Said 25 mins for pick up. Took over 1 hour 20 mins. And I order at 5:24pm, so not exactly prime time. I kept... being reassured it was "next up" as I watched person after person walk out with orders. 6 team members on duty so notunderstaffed. Ridiculous. And...black mold on ceiling tiles. Nasty. Best tasting, best priced, large pepperoni pizza in town on special for 7.99. What a deal! Also got two salads ( antipasto - no... cheese and greek- all the cheese ), they were perfectly portioned with fresh toppings. They FILL the bowl and wrap it withplastic ware, crackers and dressing. Nice to have low-fat dressing option too! Staff was friendly. Food was ready on time. Iadded drinks at the window with no problem. It was worth the $30.00 plus tip. Speaking of tips, please tip your service industryworkers ... dine in and take out servers, delivery drivers, bartenders etc. If your out spending money on a service, you shouldtake care of those who take care of you. : ) Read more
Recently moved to the area and ordered pizza from here. The older lady on the front register is very rude. She looks at you like... you?re bothering her. There?s no hello, smile or a simple how may I help you. I called to check if my pizza was ready and shetold me it was ready 20 minutes ago and it?s just sitting there. I was shocked. I decided to give them another try two weekslater and she was rude again. It seems like she doesn?t like her job. Now I rather drive to Eagle Lake or Winter Haven to getpizza just so we don?t have to deal with rude employees. Read more
I?m here visiting and decided to treat my grandkids to pizza but I feel as though since I?m not in the best neighborhood that my... food wasn?t created equally!! I spent almost $35 on pizza and it looked as if it sat for awhile before being delivered. I calledand complained was told it would be remade and to give driver the pizza that we didn?t eat no one showed up it?s been over 3hours!!! No matter what zip code I?m in i pay just like everyone else and deserve to be a satisfied customer!! I will be takingthis matter up with the corporate office. We're still laughing but it really isn't funny . We ordered a 1 pepperoni and sausage pizza . That's exactly what we recieved a... sausage pizza with 1 pepperoni stuck on it.The upper left had 1 little thin round of pepperoni . Don't order thin crust unlessyou like crackers .
